We stock a range of 15mm cut and edged MFC Panels to match our door styles. Available ex stock in 96" (2440mm) lengths.
Our vinyl wrapped doors are made to order, the normal lead time is 7 - 10 working days from order date. You will be sent an order acknowledgement by fax or post confirming your delivery date.
- The doors are manufactured from 18mm deep route quality MDF and are available with a white, cream or with a matching melamine back.
- The doors are routed using the latest hi-tech CNC machinery.
- All of our doors are machined using diamond tooling giving a superior finish and accuracy 100% of the time.
- The doors are pressed on one of our two presses using the latest PVC foils.
- Currently we manufacture the doors in 12 different styles and 15 colour ways, however this changes as the latest colours and styles come on to the market.
- A full range of matching accessories is available (see door accessories page).
- The doors are suitable for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, free standing and office applications.
- A drawer front design is supplied on all pieces up to a height of 282 mm.
- A door design is supplied on all pieces 283mm high and above.
- Doors 1700 mm high (unless stated) and above have a top and bottom panel with the exception of Roma/Roma with pinlines/tramlines.
- The longest door we can manufacture is 2200mm.
- The widest door we can manufacture is 1200mm.
- All glass frame doors are supplied unglazed with a rebate, the doors irrespective of design are machined ready to take a square cut piece of glass or mirror.
- Doors less than 260mm wide will be supplied with no centre route due to the constraints of tooling and programming.
Angled Doors
Please supply a diagram stating the measurements for the width and height of both sides of the door. Angled doors can only be supplied in Roma, Shaker, Cottage and Classic designs single panel route design only.
Worktops
Please supply a diagram stating which edges on the top you require profiling. We can manufacture tops up to 2200 x 1200mm. Send your diagram and we will be able to manufacture for you. Using our CNC CAD software we can manufacture curved tops and tables/desktops to your requirements.
